Cooking has been a part of my life since I was 6 years old. Growing up in a Vietnamese restaurant I was always surrounded by food. Eventually, it became one of my greatest passions. I am constantly challenging myself by trying and creating new recipes. My cooking style is very free and I do not typically follow a recipe because cooking is an art-form and should be an expression of self! That's best done by experimenting and adding your own essence into the food you create. Just like "mom's cooking", you can't get that taste anywhere else! I believe cooking is a way to travel and experience the world from the comfort of your own home! I created this website to share my culinary experiences and leave behind recipes that have been successful!
